Team India’s young wicket keeper batsman Rishabh Pant is out again after playing a bad shot. In the second T20 against South Africa, Rishabh Pant once again landed at number four and was dismissed after playing a careless shot. In the second T20 match, this batsman scored only four runs.
Rishabh then came in to bat in the 12th over of the innings. He could hit South African bowler Björn Fortuin, who was thrown on the leg stump, anywhere on the leg side, but he made a simple catch in the hand of Tabrez Shamsi, standing on short fine leg, with a wrong shot.

Before the series against South Africa started, Rishabh said that he is working very hard on his game and will try to make a fresh start. But in the Mohali T20 match, Rishabh’s bat, which spent just 11 minutes at the crease, could only manage 4 runs off 5 balls. When Rishabh came to the crease, Team India needed 56 runs from 50 balls to win. Thus Rishabh had a chance to spend some time at the crease and return to win the team but he did not do so.
Rishabh has played 19 T20 matches in his career, out of which he has batted in 18 innings. He could not even reach double digits in 11 of these 18 innings. Before this match, coach Ravi Shastri had instructed him to improve his batting but it seems that this batsman has not taken that thing seriously yet.
