Webcasting has been made at 1347 polling stations for the election of the fifth district. At the same time, 249 Adarsh polling stations and 133 women-run polling stations have been set up. A total of 8987 ballet units, 6738 control units and 7006 VVPATs are being used in the polling for 16 seats. In the assembly seats for which there are 16 or more candidates, two EVMs are being used. Under this, more than one EVM is being used in Rajmahal, Nala, Jarmundi, Sarath and Mahagama. Tight security arrangements have been made for voting in 16 seats. In this phase, out of 5389 polling stations, 1717 have been identified as highly sensitive and 1973 sensitive polling station. Armed Forces personnel have been deployed for the security of these polling stations.
