Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray said that like Article 370 in Kashmir, now the courage to build Ram temple in Ayodhya. He said that it makes no sense to wait for the Ram temple now. Thackeray said that we have told Shiv Sena workers that they have been ready. The time has come when the foundation stone of the Ram temple will be laid in Ayodhya. This is the issue which was brought up by our founder Balasaheb Thackeray. Uddhav Thackeray further said that the way the government is working,it has raised our expectations that the government will soon construct the Ram temple in Ayodhya. It makes no sense to wait now. Let us tell you that during the Lok Sabha elections Uddhav Thackeray had attacked BJP many times for the construction of Ram temple. He had said that the way the Modi government has worked in the last five years, it does not seem from anywhere that he is serious about the construction of Ram temple.
He said that it makes no sense to wait for the Ram temple now.
Significantly, amid reports of the ruling BJP and Shiv Sena tightening their stand on seat sharing to contest the impending assembly elections in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray had said that in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the alliance of the two parties was ‘Atal’ And this alliance will return to power once again. During his address at an event in Mumbai, Thackeray praised the Prime Minister for abolishing most of the provisions of Article 370 and appealed to build a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya and bring in a uniform civil code.

PM Modi has proved it not only in words but in reality. Thackeray had said that the country is also proud of ISRO scientists for the ambitious moon mission. India has immense potential, and in Modi, the country has got the (right) direction to lead. Thackeray also said that the alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party would continue.
