The Railway Court has framed charges against actor Sunny Deol and actress Karishma Kapoor in a chain-pulling case during the shooting of a 1997 film. In this case of 22 years old, the troubles of both artists can increase. In 1997, during the shooting of the film ‘Bajrang’, the train was delayed by 25 minutes due to chain pull of the uplink express; charges have been framed against both of them. Apart from Sunny and Karisma, stuntmen Tinu Verma and Satish Shah are also accused of illegally entering Ajmer Division’s Narena railway station for the shooting of the film. On Tuesday, the court sent summons to the three witnesses with a bailable warrant for the next hearing to be held on September 24. Sunny Deol and Karisma Kapoor both filed a petition in the session’s court challenging the Railway Court verdict. Section 141 (unnecessarily interfering with the means of communication in a train), section 145 (intoxication by intoxication), section 146 (obstructing railway employee’s work) and section 147 (unauthorized entry) against the actor is accused of violation.
