Citizenship Law: Voice of protest arising from all-round, situation of the country deteriorating

Today the Bharat Bandh has been called by all the Left and Muslim organizations against the citizenship law. There is an impact from UP-Bihar to Bengaluru. This Bharat Bandh of left parties also has the support of the opposition. On the other hand, there is a possibility of big demonstrations in many parts of Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka. In view of which section 144 has been implemented. There may be trouble in commuting in Delhi on 19 and 20 December, because there are two big protests in the capital regarding the Citizenship Amendment Act. There will be a demonstration from Lal Qila to Shaheed Park at 11 am on 19 December, in which social organizations can participate as well as various student organizations.

Section 144 applies in U.P.

Several organizations, including the Samajwadi Party, have called for demonstrations against the amended citizenship law (CAA). Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police (DGP) Om Prakash Singh has said that no demonstration is allowed in the entire state in view of prohibitory orders under Section 144. DGP OP Singh said by tweeting, Section 144 is applicable in the entire state. No performances are allowed on 19 December.

State wide performance of SP

The Samajwadi Party has called for a state-wide dharna demonstration by tweeting through its official Twitter handle. According to the party, there are preparations to demonstrate on the issue of citizenship law, increasing atrocities on daughters in the state, anti-farmer policy of the state government, poor health and education system, rising unemployment and high inflation.

Protesters stopped train in Bihar

The protesters stopped the train during a protest against citizenship law in Darbhanga, Bihar. Student organizations have called for a Bihar bandh on several issues. There are 11 student organizations involved in this bandh. By political parties In view of the call of Bihar captive, the district administration has deployed 50 magistrates and two hundred police forces.

Section-144 in Bengaluru for three days from today

Section 144 is applicable for three days in Bengaluru. Bengaluru Police Commissioner Bhaskar Rao said that for the next 3 days, Section 144 will be implemented in entire Bangalore from 6 am on Thursday. The organizations have planned a protest at the Town Hall in Bengaluru at 11 am on Thursday.
