Supreme court

The Supreme Court said that all the High Courts should not make any shrill comments on their orders and the decisions given by them crossing the limits in case they do not agree with the views of the lower courts. A bench of Justice Deepak Gupta and Justice Anirudh Bose was considering an appeal filed by a judicial officer, against whom the Allahabad High Court not only made a sharp remark, but also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000. The judge of the lower court moved the apex court after the High Court verdict. The judge of the lower court told the apex court that he was holding the post of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at the relevant time. The claim petition was filed by him by two counselors DK Saxena and RM Singh. The matter was later settled, but there was a dispute concerning the payment of fees. He passed an order in favor of Singh. Stating that it is usually the Bar Council and not the court, which will settle the dispute between the two lawyers.
