Police has taken major action in the matter of issuing fake pollution certificate on vehicle number of Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari. A case has been registered at Deccan Police Station against an agency that issued a PollutionUnder Control Certificate in Pune. The FIR’s action was taken following reports that claimed that many certification agencies in the country were issuing pollution certificates without seeing or examining the vehicle.
According to the police, this agency, which has issued the Pollution Under Control Certificate, is accused of issuing a fake pollution certificate on the vehicle number of the Union Minister. According to the allegation, the vehicle whose certificate of issuance was issued is used in Delhi.

It is alleged that the agency released the Pollution Under Control Certificate based on the bus number without examining this vehicle. Apart from this, the gas checking machine used for the certificate was also not used at the time of issuing the certificate. Let me tell you that there were reports of disturbances of PUC issuing agencies in many parts of Maharashtra. It was alleged that these agencies were issuing the Pollution Under Control Certificate without examining the vehicle. Apart from this, several PUCs were also reported in the name of the vehicle used by Nitin Gadkari. After this information, the Maharashtra government ordered an inquiry into the case.
