Vinod Kumar Shirma, a farmer of Berkhedi Jagir village in Tehsil, has sought to save his nine bigha crop on the SDM Tehsildar CM helpline, but according to him no concrete action has been taken so far and he is being tricked. Whereas, due to changing the way of their fields, the water is constantly being destroyed due to drainage. In the application submitted to the local revenue officials, they have told that Kanta Prasad and Ashok of the village had crossed their land, due to which more water was getting filled in their fields due to excess rain, due to this, they broke their fields and broke Vinod’s The water was removed from the field, which destroyed the nine bigha crop completely when they were asked to cross it, so they were bent on beating. Applicant Vinod has alleged that on August 16, the application has been submitted to the Tehsildar but no action was taken. When Patwari inquired about the situation, he said that no cross was broken nor the crop was destroyed.
Vinod is expected by the administration officials to get the water drained from the same place where the water used to be before, then his crop will be safe.
Vinod told us that he has also complained on the CM helpline but the officer wants to get the complaint lodged by giving wrong information, but if looked at in the case, then the situation will be clear that the cross is broken and the applicant Vinod has lost so much . Vinod is expected by the administration officials to get the water drained from the same place where the water used to be safe then many of the people of the village have confirmed the incident by giving a panchnama. Regarding the matter, we tried to talk lightly to Patwari Rajkumar Goud so his mobile was found off.
Patwari has been sent to investigate the complaint and will be resolved soon. Due to rain, there is difficulty in checking Moka.
