An FIR has been lodged against the acting Chief Minister Raghubar Das for allegedly making objectionable statements about the caste of Hemant Soren, the working president of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. Jamtara Superintendent of Police Anshuman Kumar said that on the basis of the complaint lodged by Soren on December 19, sub-divisional police officer Arvind Upadhyay conducted a preliminary inquiry into the case and then an FIR was lodged at the Mihizam police station.
