Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kailash Joshi has passed away. BJP leader Kailash Joshi breathed his last on Sunday when he was 90 years old. This information was given by former Madhya Pradesh minister and his son Deepak Joshi. Deepak said, my father died in Bansal Hospital this morning. It is being told that he was ill for a long time. Kailash Joshi was born on 14 July 1929. He was the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh from 1977-1978. He played an important role in strengthening Jana Sangh and BJP in Madhya Pradesh. He is survived by three sons and three daughters. His wife died a few months ago. Joshi was an MLA in Madhya Pradesh Assembly eight times. He was also a member of Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha. His last rites will be performed in his hometown Hatpipliya in Dewas district of Madhya Pradesh on Monday.
