Many women believe that girls who spend more time together, their period dates are also lost. Period syncing is also called menstrual synchrony, the McClintock effect. It is believed that when a woman comes in contact with another woman who is having a period, then both of them start to match the menstrual cycle. This happens because of pheromones (a type of body chemical) that come out of the body. That is, if women believe that their period date really matches, then it is right. The Researcher named Martha McClintock researched 135 college going girls. After he was kept with him, his cycles were in sync. The rest of the factories were not seen in the fast, just to see when his monthly bleeding started.
Many women believe that girls who spend more time together, their period dates are also lost.
It turned out that the period date of women really became the same. Since then, it came to be known as the McClintock effect. After this, in many more studies it was revealed that being with women syncs the period dates of women. At the same time, a study conducted in 2017 found that synchrony was found in 44 percent of the participants’ periods. Even periodic systems such as menstrual migraine had the effect of living together. This proves that women not only affect each other’s period date much more than this. However, Medical Literature has no solid proof that can prove this. The thing that matches the period date has been among women for centuries but medical science started talking about it after a research.
