Chief Minister Kamal Nath will inaugurate the super specialty hospital at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College, Jabalpur on 21 September. Medical Education Minister Dr. Vijayalakshmi Sadhau reviewed the hospitals and arrangements today. The hospital, built at a cost of about 150 crores, has a world-class 7 modular operation theater, high-level Cathleb, biplane DSA and a 30-bed modern ICU. Here, all the operations of brain and spin, heart surgery, dialysis, laser treatment will also treat stone and prostate gland. MLA Vinay Saxena and Divisional Commissioner Rajesh Bahuguna were also present during the inspection.

Hospitals will be equipped with modern machines
Dr. Sadhau said that due to the availability of super specialty facilities in Jabalpur, people will not have to go to AIIMS Delhi, neighboring states or other cities. This hospital will have facilities for Neuro Surgery, Neurology, Urology, Nephrology, Newnetology, Cordology, Anesthesia, Radiology etc. State-of-the-art machines such as biplaneers, angiography etc. have also been installed in the hospital. These machines can provide immediate treatment along with testing of paralysis and heart attacks.

Dr. Sadhau said that with the opening of Super Specialty Hospital in Jabalpur, Jabalpur including Seoni, Balaghat, Katni, Sagar, Damoh, Chhindwara, Shahdol, Umaria, Shivupari, Datia, Guna, Satna, Anuppur, Rewa, Vidisha, Narsinghpur, Khandwa etc. Districts will also get state-of-the-art medical facilities. Dr. Sadhau said that the common man will get relief due to the availability of expensive medicine in this government hospital.
