(New Delhi) Congress can not keep justice plan in public: Tharoor.

Senior Congress leader and former union minister Shashi Tharoor said that Congress has not been able to keep justice in public properly due to its central election theme. If the judiciary scheme were properly taken between the people, then the result would be second. In response to a question, he said that if the party offers him a leader post in the Lok Sabha, then he is ready to fulfil this obligation. Tharoor, who was elected to Parliament for the third consecutive term from Thiruvananthapuram, said in a TV interview, “If I was offered, I am ready to take over as the leader of the Congress party in the Lok Sabha.”
He acknowledged that Congress could not keep its central election theme ‘justice’ in front of voters properly. He said that if the matter of justice were adequately provided to the people, then the result would be second. He also criticized Congress president Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi’s ‘soft Hindutva’. He said that there are some reasons why Congress has to face defeat in Lok Sabha elections.
He said Rahul Gandhi should remain the Congress president. The former Union Minister said that the party could consider the appointment of regional executive chairpersons for their assistance. Tharoor is representing Thiruvananthapuram parliamentary seat since 2009. In 2014, he went to the BJP. Rajgopal had won against only 15,000 votes. Last time Congress had got only 44 places, then this time it has gone 52.
To get the Leader of Opposition post in the Lok Sabha, the main opposition party is required to win at least 10 per cent seats. Due to lack of prime numbers, the Congress leader is not the right to get the post of the opposition. Last time the Congress did not get the job, but in the Lok Sabha, Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge was made. This time he has lost the elections. That’s why their options are being talked about.
