A person eats food 2-3 times a day for the body’s need of energy, so that the energy level remains in the body. But  is the most important morning snack, because the body consumes the energy and nutrients from the dinner in all the activities, after which it needs energy again in the morning, that is why we feel hungry. But Many people have to go to office in the morning, go to school or go to some work, often leave breakfast in the morning due to haste. Its effect on the body may not be visible immediately, but skipping breakfast in the morning is very dangerous for the body. Many people think that obesity is reduced by eating less or not, so they do dieting, but skipping breakfast in the morning or half-incomplete can cause the body to become fatigued. It is worse than obesity, because in obesity usually the stomach comes out or the body fat increases, while the body becomes weak from inside due to the fatness caused by skipping breakfast.

If breakfast is left in the morning, you will feel lethargic and tired throughout the day, even if you have eaten enough food. Basically, in the morning the stomach is ready to absorb nutrients. If you skip breakfast in such a way, then the body does not get energy for the whole day’s work and feels lethargy and tired throughout the day. Explain that there is a deep connection between eating habits and health. People who skip breakfast or are half-baked in a hurry are at a very high risk of type-2 diabetes. This affects blood sugar levels and can cause depression, tension and discomfort. The fall in blood sugar by more than one level affects the energy level in the body and its consequences can be fatal. Let me tell you that having low blood sugar is called hypoglycemia in medical language. In fact, skipping breakfast in the morning causes the sugar level in the blood to fall too much, because usually you have not eaten anything for 8-10 hours. With this, the brain starts to emit hormones, which are responsible for headaches and stress, and in the future it can turn into migraine.
