People living in glass and closed houses and many diseases

Glass-sealed airconditioning houses and offices may feel comfortable but they make your bones hollow. Such homes and offices, which are considered a symbol of modern lifestyle, deprive people of not only fresh air, but also sunlight, due to which the body is deficient in vitamin D and the bones are weak. About this, Dr. Raju Vaishya, Senior Bone Surgery Specialist of Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi, studied 1 thousand patients of joint pain and arthritis in different cities of the country and found that 95 percent of such patients had vitamin D. There is a deficiency and one of the main reasons is not getting enough sunlight, which is the main source of vitamin D. Experts say that the main source of vitamin D is sunlight, which is very useful in digestion as well as bones.

It is said that due to busy routines and modern resources, people are unable to take strong sunlight. At the same time, children have also stopped walking and playing in the open field. Due to this, the vitamin D obtained through sunlight cannot reach people. Le Qin whenever someone has pain in the knee or joint, they feel that there is a deficiency of calcium, whereas vitamin D goes unnoticed. Dr. Vaish said that if calcium as well as vitamin D can be checked on time, then arthritis can be prevented from progressing. He told that apart from arthritis, osteoporosis is also very likely due to wrong eating habits and calcium deficiency in childhood. Due to lack of calcium in it, bone density and bone marrow are greatly reduced. At the same time, the texture of bones also deteriorates, due to which the bones become very brittle and very sensitive. For this reason, they break even when there is a slight pressure on the bones or a slight injury. On this, Dr. Vaish suggests that this disease occurring at an older age can be prevented only in childhood. Explain that if children are given 1200 to 1300 mg of calcium per day, especially in adolescence, then they can avoid this disease.
