Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) President K.K. Sivan said that in 2021 India is going to send humans to space. Even though Chandrayaan-2’s lander Vikram could not make a soft landing but it is not going to affect mission Gaganyaan. Explain that ISRO is preparing to send the first unmanned mission in 2020 and manned mission in 2021. Sivan said that Chandrayaan-2’s orbiter will give data for seven and a half years. He said, ‘All technologies of the moon mission have proved to be accurate except for soft landings. Is it not successful? Addressing the eighth convocation of IIT, Bhubaneswar, Sivan said, ‘By December 2020, we will have the first unmanned mission of manned space aircraft. We have targeted another unmanned manned space plane till July 2021.
