Due to which the proceedings of the Lok Sabha had to be postponed till 12 noon and the Rajya Sabha till two in the afternoon. Even after the action that followed, when the ruckus did not stop and the members shouted to the Marshals, the proceedings of Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha were adjourned till two o’clock on Tuesday. Amid loud slogans and noise, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla somehow started the question hour, and called the name of former Congress President Rahul Gandhi to ask supplementary questions on the hostel of girls and girls belonging to scheduled castes and tribes. Refusing to ask questions to Rahul Gandhi, who arrived in the House for the first time in this session, said that there has been a murder of democracy in Maharashtra, so there is no point in asking my questions.

Due to the uproar of the MPs, the proceedings of the Upper House were first adjourned till two o’clock in the afternoon, but even after the action started after two o’clock, when the ruckus did not stop, Deputy Speaker Harivansh called the Rajya Sabha’s action on Tuesday, 26 November Postponed till 2 pm. Due to the adjournment of the House, many important bills could not be introduced and important issues could not be discussed.
