Getting enough sleep is not enough to stay healthy. Sleeping on time and getting up at the right time is also very important. Not to do this is to feast on many diseases. Let us know that sleep is like a boon for us. But to get a refreshing sleep in the midst of the modern era is not a simple achievement.  A sound sleep refreshes our mind completely. Sleep is very important for relaxing various parts of the body. The artificial light emanating from the smartphone and computer makes a bad noise in our sleep. In relation to this, researchers have said that when the cells of the eye are exposed to artificial light, then the internal clocks of our body get confused, which worsens our daily cycle and affects our health.

It affects our mind. Also, people who naturally get up late, a particular element in their brain is in the worst state. Particularly in the part of the brain from which feelings of depression and sorrow arise. For this reason, those who get up late are more prone to depression and stress. In an article published in Science Journal, it is said that people who sleep for long, their behavior changes and their hormones are also affected.
