Souchatgarh border will be developed on the lines of Wagah.

Advisor to Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satyapal Malik has recently asked the Jammu & Kashmir Tourism Department to present the entire Detailed Project Report for the development of Suchetgarh situated on the international border on the lines of the Wagah border located in Punjab.
Officers said that Governor Satyapal Malik’s Advisor KK Sharma had given this directive during a visit to the sector during a high-level meeting. Tell us, Sureshgarh Border located in RSpura sector is one of the major tourist spots here. From here the tourists are taken to the border of India-Pakistan, from where they are shown the boundary. In this way, Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satyapal Malik has taken this step to promote tourism.
An officer told that Sharma talked about the development of tourism in Suchetgarh on the lines of the Bagha border, and asked to complete the ongoing projects aimed at promoting tourism in the sector. Officials of senior officers of Border Security Force (BSF) and other departments participated in the meeting.
