Our Constitution is the ultimate achievement of global democracy. This not only makes one aware of rights, but also makes him aware of duties. PM Modi said that we have to brainstorm on our obligations. There is an unbreakable relationship between rights and duties. This relationship between rights and duties and this balance was well understood by the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Our Constitution starts with ‘We are the people of India’. We, the people of India are its strength, we are its inspiration and we are its objective.
