The citizenship law has now sparked a war between the government and protesters. Today’s day can show violent picture in many states including Delhi. It is being said in the intelligence alert that the situation may worsen after noon. This may be the biggest protest day in Delhi after the Mandal Commission protests. In this, more than 40 fronts can open in different areas of Delhi simultaneously. During the Protest, radical modules involving Indian Mujahideen and SIMI have joined the Protest with preparations to incite sabotage, arson and rioting. These inputs have been shared by intelligence agencies with Delhi Police. In order to deal with the Protest, the Delhi Police has talked to the captain and commissioner of all the districts of UP and Haryana from Delhi and sought help in maintaining peace in Delhi.

Preparation from social media to the ground

In order to stop rumors going viral on WhatsApp, Twitter and Facebook in particular, the Delhi Police has made concrete arrangements. The cyber cell of the police has kept all the social media accounts on surveillance, which are spreading rumors. Police has canceled the holidays of all its soldiers and officers. Also, additional force has been demanded from the Home Ministry. A strategy is being made under this that barricading should be done in Delhi from Thursday night itself.

Indian Mujahideen and Simi also included

Police have received intelligence that during the Protest, radical modules related to Indian Mujahideen and SIMI have joined the Protest with preparations to incite sabotage, arson and rioting. These inputs have been shared by intelligence agencies with Delhi Police. This was confirmed by the officer of Delhi Police. He said that inputs were also received that a large number of people in Mewat, Noonh and the area around it, about 25 thousand people can enter violence in Delhi by protesting in the protests going on Thursday. In view of this, Delhi Police had made strong arrangements by putting barricades on the Gurgaon border at night.

Internet off in many cities

Internet services have been stopped for 24 hours as a precautionary measure in Ghaziabad adjoining Delhi and some areas of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Internet services have been stopped in Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Shamli, Aligarh districts. Internet services will be common in these areas only after the environment improves.
