Polling ended peacefully except for sporadic incidents in five constituencies of Bagodar, Jamua, Giridih, Dumri and Tundi in the fourth phase of the Jharkhand assembly election at 3 pm on Monday. Whereas in ten constituencies, votes can be cast till 5 pm. Voters who reached the polling station before three o’clock were allowed to vote at many polling stations from the five assembly seats for which voting was held today at 3 pm. At the same time, there are long queues of voters in many polling stations in the constituencies where votes are to be cast till 10 pm. The ten seats for which polling is scheduled till 5 pm include Madhupur, Deoghar, Gandey, Bokaro, Chandankiyari, Sindri, Nirsa, Dhanbad, Jharia and Baghmara seats.
Whereas in ten constituencies, votes can be cast till 5 pm.
