Can you guess what time of the day people were under the least stress? The correct answer is weekend. The participants in the study felt the least stress during the weekend. Regarding this study, the expert says that the women in the office only focus on their work and hence they feel less stress there but when they return home, they have to start a second shift in household chores by coming here and Multi-tasking has to be done, due to which their stress level increases. According to the researchers, job satisfaction is the biggest reason for this. It is seen that the jobs which women do not like, they change it easily and start doing such jobs in which they find happiness. On the other hand, if men are not satisfied with the job, then they remain in it.
